Voyant Tools is a web-based platform designed for reading, analysis, and visualization of digital text collections (voyant-tools.org). It is designed to balance user-friendliness and accessibility with powerful analytic functionality and extensibility. This presentation will introduce Voyant, demonstrate various features, showcase some collaborations, and generally try to describe the potential value of combining humanistic inquiry and computational approaches.
