Platform GWZO Prague FLÚ connected doctoral students from Europe and the USA

On 16-20 September, the intensive seminar September School in Medieval Studies took place in Prague, Wittenberg and Leipzig, with 15 PhD students from 7 European countries and the USA. Under the guidance of Dr. Pavel Soukup, Dr. Václav Žůrek (both CMS FLU) and Prof. Christian Jaser (University of Kassel), they focused on polemical communication in the late medieval and early modern periods. 

The seminar was organized in cooperation with the platform GWZOpragueFLU, Leibniz-Institut für Geschichte und Kultur des östlichen Europa (GWZO), Universität Kassel and Sächsische Akademie der Wissenschaften zu Leipzig. The GWZO Prague FLÚ platform serves as a mediator between Czech and German research, educational, and cultural institutions, and its aim is to connect scientists.
