Educational Lessons for Teachers

The Institute of Philosophy of the Czech Academy of Sciences has established cooperation with the Association of Civics and Social Sciences Teachers. One of the main goals of this partnership is the joint development of educational packages (Package 2022, Package 2023) consisting of audiovisual lessons accompanied by methodological guides for teachers of civics and social sciences.

The aim of these lessons is to support civics and social science teachers in integrating topics that encourage public discourse, critical thinking, media literacy, and democratic values among high school students. The methodological guides, prepared by experienced educators and based on lecture recordings by FLÚ experts, serve as effective tools to help teachers engage students with new and relevant topics and contribute to building social resilience.
