GAP Analysis

In 2020, the Institute of Philosophy engaged in extensive gathering of data on the state of internal processes at the institute. Information related to ethical and professional aspects of work, selection of new researchers, working conditions, as well as training and development of employees was acquired via surveys, group meetings in the form of focus groups, and through interviews. The output of this process is a GAP analysis, i.e., a document describing gaps between the current state of affairs and the target state defined by the 40 principles described in The European Charter for Researchers and The Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

A final version of the GAP analysis is available HERE.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in its preparation!
